Neighbourhood Analysis Pack

We collaborate with GIS consultancy – APMgeo to deliver a comprehensive neighbourhood baseline assessment report as input to neighbourhood planning and regeneration proposals. We have experience analysing a range of data, including socio-economic, environmental and qualitative narratives. Our assessment pack will be tailored to suit the requirements of the client and the geographic context of the area. It can include:

• Analysis of a range of quantitative and qualitative spatial datasets. See also our Mapping and Analysis page
• Series of output area maps highlighting issues and opportunities found within the area under investigation
• Complimentary data infographics to highlight any non-spatial evidence
• Evidence baseline report to summarise the analysis, highlight issues and opportunities, make high-level recommendations for the next steps of planning and consolidate findings into action plans and strategies for implementation
